This isn’t an agreement between you and Southern Soul regarding your use of Southern Soul products, service, computer, interactive information, communication and server management service. All usage is subject to terms and conditions contained in this agreement and policies set out below as read with the product specific (T&C)  applicable to the relevant product service.


Concept and production:

This Online store was created using WordPress & Woo Commerce.

Any person who attempts to deliver any damaging code to this site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any page on this site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Southern Soul Suffers damage or loss.


Your Parcel

All delivery includes:

  • Handling fee
  • Packaging fee
  • Postage fees
  • Vat

  • We aims to delivery with in 2-3 working days.
  • Working days being Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
  • Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment has cleared.
  • Once the payment has been confirmed we will notify you of your tracking code.
  • You will be contacted by email or phone to collect your parcel.
  • Your parcel is posted to the Physical address you have chosen .(No PO Box )
  • Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
  • You will be asked to give some kind of identification when collecting your parcel.

Please note that Southern Soul is not liable for any loss, damage or theft of goods that are posted. Using Courier Guy to Courier your item is at your own risk. When receiving your parcel please make sure that it has not been tampered with.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to Southern Soul for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy have been satisfied.

We will exchange or refund a product provided that:

  1. there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. Invoice;
  2. it is within 7 days of the original purchase date;
  3. Refunds and/or exchanges will be accepted at any Southern Soul, provided that the above requirements are satisfied.
  4. All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account.
  5. If you wish to exchange/return something that you purchased online at www.southernsoul.co.za and have met the above conditions for refund or exchange, you can do so as follows:
  • Send the selected item back to our Webstore, together with your invoice, and your credit card will be refunded with the appropriate amount. Please note that the cost of couriering the product back to our Webstore shall be incurred by the purchaser. The address details are as follows:

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.southernsoul.co.za because the item you received is either damaged or not what you ordered, you can do so as follows:

  • Email sales@southernsoul.co.za and request Southern Soul to collect the product in question within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Southern Soul will send a courier to collect the damaged/incorrect product, at our own cost, and replace it with the correct product.
